Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of p~coperty showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic featu res. 2. We purchased it in October, 1761. We attest to the facts that, to the best of our. Knowledge the house was built in essent ally the same size prior to having been moved from a site on the Ma n Road, Southold to its present site around 1730. While it has been renovated, it has not, to our Knowledge had any additions added to it to change ts original size.
