nineteen hundred and forty-six ,between RUTH d. LUKE, resldiag at
Mattituck, New York, '.

and AURELIA LUKE BUBGON, residing at Mattituck, New York,
party of the second part:
WITNESSETH,that the part y of the first part,in consideration of One ($1.00)
dollars,
lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration, paid
by the part y of the second part,do es hereby remise,release,and quitclaim unto the part y of the
second part,her distributees and assigns forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the im-
provements thereonr situate, lying and being in the Village of Matti-
tuck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Main
Highway where the land of the party of the first part adjoins the
land of Theresa M. Nine (described in deed recorded in Liber 2576 at
Page 366), and running thence westerly along said highway and parallel
thereto a distance of seventy feet (70r)g and running thence in a
northerly direction along land now, or formerly, of Sarah Wood, a dis-
tance of about two hundred fifty feet (2501){ thence easterly along
land now, or formerly, of Harry De Petrie, a distance of seventy feet
(701); thence southerly along land of the said Theresa M. Nine a dis-
tance of about two hundred fifty feet (2501) to the point or place 4
of beginning. l
