Southold, NY 11971 TOWN OFSOUTHOLD Dear Ms Weisman, I am writing to verify that I have personal knowledge of what is currently Ray and Ann Raimondi's property at 1150 Mason Drive. Beginning in 1956 my father Curtis Horton and his Partner Mr. Midgeley together working in their capacity as general contractors on the Roy French property (also known as the 1697 Corp in existing building permits covering the work in question) renovated both the house and the boathouse. When their work was completed the house and boathouse stood in their existing locations in the exact form that they exist today. As you may know, after my father retired from being a General Contractor he was a Southold Town building inspector and lived down the street from the Raimondi's property. I am certain that both as the General Contractor and as a building inspector my father would not have done anything that didn't conform to the Town regulations as they existed_in that era.
