After doing an Electrical Survey of the house at 975 Tuckers Lane, it is my opinion that
the electrical work in the house is in a safe condition.
In some of the original areas of the house the wiring and devices(receptacles and switches)are
of an older style, however they are in good condition and in safe operating order.
In other areas that have been added or remodeled more recently,the devices are, as expected,
more modern and in good,safe working condition.
The only recommendations I would make would be to install smoke alarms in the bedrooms and
At least one CO-detector in the center of the house. A battery operated devices would be
acceptable.
Also, in the basement there is an uncovered electrical junction box which should have a cover
installed. Lastly,there is some old, no longer used wiring in the basement that should be
removed.
