Marangas 9 Laurel Lane Laurel, New York 11948 ACTIVITY: Extending from existing bulkhead, construct a 4-foot-wide by 82 foot-long fixed pier supported by approximately twenty-two 8-inch- . diameter timber piles; a 3-foot-wide by 15-foot-long seasonal ramp; and a 6-foot-wide by 20-foot-seasonal float supported by two 8- 'inch-diameter timber piles oriented perpendicularly to the fixed pier. The structure extends approximately 60-feet from the Mean Low Water line into Mattituck Creek. The purpose of the project is to provide recreational water access in a private residential setting.
