paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being known and designated as Lot 8 on a certain map entitled,
"Plan of Lots owned by George H. Wells , Situate at Southold,
Suffolk County, New York" which said map was filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 28th day of November
1927 as Map Number 859 , being bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a monument set in the Southerly side of Wells Avenue
where the same is intersected by the division line between Lots 7
and 8 as shown on the aforesaid map , said point being also distant
683.21 feet Easterly when measured along said Southerly side of Wells
Avenue , from the corner formed by the intersection of the said
Southerly side of Wells Avenue with the Easterly side of Oaklawn
Avenue ; RUNNING THENCE North 81 degrees 40 minutes East along the
Southerly side of Wells Avenue 100 feet to a monument ; THENCE South
21 degrees 00 minutes East through a monument 284.41 feet to the
ordinary highwater mark of Jockey Creek; THENCE Westerly along the
ordinary high water mark of Jockey Creek having a tie line of North
82 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West , 132.48 feet to the division
line between lots 7 and 8 as shown on the aforesaid map; THENCE

division line 242.89 feet to the Southerly side of Wells Avenue at

DESIGNATION being the same premises conveyed to Stephen E. Campbell , now deceased,
and Doris CCampbell by deed recorded in Liber 4094,page 61,Suffolk County Clerk's
Dia. 1000 TOME HER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and Office
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
Sec. 070.00 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
BIL. 04.00 the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
