Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
part i e s of the first part, and
CHARLES 0. HANFF and JANET W. HANFFj his wife, re-
siding at 202 Sixth Street, Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, as tenants by the entirety,
parties of the second part,
that the parties of the first part, in consideration of

follows : Northeasterly 125 feet by Grant Boulevard, Southeasterly
100 feet by land of Rudolph Johnson, Southwesterly 125 feet by land
of James Gildersleeve and Northwesterly 100 feet by Middle Road, said
parcel constituting portions of Lots 15 and 16 as shown on a map
entitled "Amended Map of Mattituck Heights, Property of Gustav Bayer,
at Mattituck, Suffolk County, N.Y. " surveyed July 10, 1935, Otto W.
Van Tuyl, licensed surveyor of Greenport, N.Y. , which map was filed
in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, on
July 24, 1935, as Map No. 1184.
TOGETHER with the right, , title and interest of the parties
of the first part of, in and to Middle Road and Grant Boulevard as
abut said premises, to the respective center lines thereof.
