his hair. and asstans forever, all that piece or parcel of land
with the buildings and Improvements thereon and also all furnishings
and equipment used to the carrying on of the restaurant business on
the premises hereinafter described, situate, lying and being in the
Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, and bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a certain stone monument on the North side of the
Main Highway, where the land of William H. Reeve adjoins the land
about to be conveyed and running thence westerly along the Northerly
side of the Main Highway a distance of Forty-five (45) feet to land of
Michael Luke, thence running in a Northerly direction along the land of
Michael Luke a distance of One Hundred Thirty-seven (137) feet to
land of Conrad Gratis, thence running Easterly along the land of
Conrad Gratis a distance of about Forty-five (45) feet to land of
William H. Reeve and thence running Southerly along the land of -
William H. Reeve a distance of One Hundred Forty-seven (147) feet to the
Northerly side of the Main Highway and a stone monument the point or
place of beginning. -
