Chattels and Credits of GEORGE ARTHUR BERGEN (also known as
G. Arthur Bergen), deceased, late of Mattituok, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, party of the
first part, and IOLA L. BERGEN, residing at Mattituok, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, party of
the second part, WITNESSETH:
ALL that tract,—pfoe or parcel of land situate
at Mattituok, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly side or
line of the Main Road leading from Mattituck to
Southold, which point Is 105 feet distant from
the eouthw esterly corner of the Iola L. Bergen
farm, which southwesterly corner is at the point
of Intersection of the northerly line of said
Main Road with the westerly side or line of said
farm, measured easterly from said southwesterly
corner along the northerly side or line of the
Main Road, thence in a northerly direction on a
line perpendicular to the northerly side or line
of said Main Road a distance of 200 feet; thence
easterly on a line parallel to the said northerly
side or line of said Main Road a distance of 60
feet; thence southerly on a line perpendicular
to the northerly side or line of said Main Road
a distance of 200 feet to the said northerly side
or line of said Main Road; thence westerly by
and along the northerly aide or line of said Main
Road 60 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Together with all the right, title and inter—
est in and to land lying within the bounds of the l

conveyed to said George Arthur Bergen by deed of
