Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as and by Lot 5 on a
certain subdivision map entitled"Subdivision Map of Deborah Edson", which map was filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 617/1988, under File Number 8537, being more particularly
bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Depot Road where the same is intersected by the
division line between Lots 5 and 6, said point also being distant 961.01 feet northwesterly as measured
along the northeasterly side of Depot Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the northeasterly
side of Main Road and the northeasterly side of Depot Road;
