release unto the party of the second part, its legal representatives and assigns forever,

County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle
Road and Middle Road Extension, County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A, as shown
on Map No. 17 and described as follows:
Parcel A: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the exist-
ng estphalia Avenue, said point being Sj± feet distant southeasterly
measured at right angles, from station 53+94 of the hereinafter des-
cribed survey line of the proposed construction of Middle Road and
Middle Road Extension, County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A; thence westerly
along said northerly boundary of the existing Westphalia Avenue, 139±
feet to a point 38± feet distant northwesterly, measured at right
angles, from station 53+16± of said survey line; thence still westerly
along the said boundary 18± feet to a point on the highwater mark on
the southerly side of Mattituck Creek, said point being 55± feet dis-
{ tart northwesterly measured at right angles, from station 53+11± of
said survey line; thence northeasterly, along the said highwater mark,
127± feet to a point 58± feet distant northwesterly, measured at right
angles, from station 54+38 of said survey line; thence still northeast-
erly, along the said highwater mark, 52± feet to a point 6731 feet dis—
tant northwesterly, measured at right angles, from station 54+9D of
said survey line; thence still northeasterly along the said highwater
mark 67± feet to a point 65± feet distant northwesterly, measured at
right angles, from station 55+57 of the said survey line; thence east—

distant northwesterly, measured at right angles, from station 56+00 of
the said survey line; thence northerly still along the said highwater

right angles, from station 56+73 of the said survey line; thence north-

56+92 of said survey line; thence easterly still along the said high-

at right angles, from station 57+00 of said survey line; thence still

distant northwesterly, measured at right angles from station 57+09 of
said survey line; thence northerly still along the said hightaater mark

angles, from station 57+581 of said survey line; thence northeasterly
on a curve to the right having s radius of 2924. 79 feet, a. distance of
15± feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Caroline
M. Bell, reputed owner on the west and the lands of an Unknown Owner,
reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point beim 60 feet distant
northwesterly, measured at right angles, from station 57+73± of the

curve to the left having a radius of 2524.79 feet, a distance
of 144± feet to a point 40 feet distant southeasterly, measured
at right angles, from station 55+79.67 of said survey line;
thence stillsouthwesterly 169± feet to a point 40 feet distant
southeasterly, measured at right angles, from station 54+11 of

page 35, on April 15, 1929 in Liber 144+ page 161 and on
January 31, 1930 in Liber 1459 Page 439; also the southerly
part or portion of Lot No. 9 as shown on a map entitled, "Map
of Property of Mrs. Clara W. Reeve" and filed in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 4, 1922 as Map

Parcel B: BEGINNING at a point on the division line between
theViands of Caroline M. Bell, reputed owner on the east, and
the lands of an Unknown Owner, reputed owner on the west, at
the intersection of the said division line with the division
line between the lands of Caroline M. Bell, reputed owner on
the west, and the lands of Fred dine, J. B. Dayton, Bertha A.
Jones and Clara Howard, reputed owners on the east , said '
point being 123± feet distant northwesterly, measured at right
angles, from station 55+64± of the hereinafter described sur-
vey line of the proposed construction of Middle Road and Middle
Road Extension, County Roads A7 Nos. 7A; thence south-
easterly along the last mentionedi �j± feet to a point
40 feet distant southeasterly, measured at right angles, from
station 55+641 of said survey line; thence southwesterly on a
! curve to the left having a radius of 2524.79 feet, a distance
of 133± feet to a point on the said division line between the
lands of Caroline M. Bell, reputed owner on the east, and the {
lands of an Unknown Owner, reputed owner on the west, the last
mentioned point being 40 feet distant southeasterly, measured
at right angles, from station 57+30± of the said survey line;
thence northerly along said division line 211.± Peet to the
point of beginning; being 10,761± square feet or 0.247 acres
more or less, and being the northwesterly -Dart or portion of
j Lots Nos. 10 and 11, as shown on a map entitled; "Map of
Propert of Mrs. Clara W. Reeve" and filed in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 4, 1922, as Map No. 212.

Road Extension, County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A, as shown on a
map on file in the office of the Superintendent of Highways of .
