the Condominium herein described as the same is defined in the Declaration of Condominium hereinafter referred to.
The real property above described is a Resort Motel Unit shown on the plans of a Condominium prepared and certified by
Charles Thomas, Architect and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on the 15th day of August,
