and being at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and
designated as Lot 2 on "Map of Mooresland", tiled in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 22, 1994
as File No. 257, being known as Pheasant Run Estates Condominium I. premises-described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Moores Lane said point being the terminus of a curve which
connects the northerly line of Cedarfields Drive with the easterly line of Moores Lane;
RUNNING THENCE from said point and place of beginning along the easterly line of Moores Lane north 17
