by meadow now or formerly of Henrietta E. Wells, formerly Chauncey
Howell, and Westerly by land now or formerly of Frank Bray , formerly
Ira B. Tuthill, containing about one half acre more or less; ALSO
all that certain piece or parcel of land in said town of Southold--
Sounded North by the Highway; East by the land formerly of John Husing;

John C. 'Hells and West by Lande now or formerly of Frank Bray, con-
taining Twelv acres snore or less.
Bei g the same premises conveyed to John Husing by Henriettx
R. Wells by d ed dated "December 28, 1907 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk` office in Liber 542 of Deeds at E.age 313 on December
30, 1907.
It being the intention of the said parties of the first
part to convey to the said parties of the second part all their right,
title and interest in and to the lands in this immediate vicinity
which were part of the lands owned by the late John Husing.
TOGETHRR with the appurtenances; and all the estate and
rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises.
TOVE AND TO HOLD the above granted premises unto the
parties of th second part, their heirs and assigns FOREVER as ten-
ants in commo and not as joint tenants. ) 8-
