County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle j
Road and Middle Road Extension, County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A, as
shown on Mao No. 20 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly boundary of the existing
Middle Road (Love Lane) at theintersectionof the said boundary
with the division line between the lands of Ella B. Jones, reputed
owner on the north, and the lands of Clara. M. Howard, reputed owner
on the south, said point being 36± feet distant southeasterly, measu—
red at right angles, from station 60+32± of the hereinafter described
survey line of the proposed construction of Middle Road and Middle
Road Extension, County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A; thence southwesterly
along said division line 165± feet to a point on the division line be—
tween the lands of Ella S. Jones, reputed owner on the east and the
lands of Caroline M. Bell, reputed owner on the wrest, the last men—
tioned point being 37± feet distant southeasterly, measured at right
angles, from station 55+641 of the said survey line; thence north—
westerly along said division line 85± feet to its intersection with
the division line between the lands of Ella Br Jones, reputed i
owner on the south and the lands of j. B. Dayton, reputed owner on the
north, said point being 48f feet distant northwesterly, measured at
rightanglesfrom station 55+64± Of the said survey line; thence north—
easterly along the last mentioned division line 165# feet to a point 1
on the division line between the lands of an TTnknown Owner, reputed
owner on the east and the lands or Ella B. Jones, reputed owner on
the west, said point being 49± feet distant northwesterly, measured at
right a.nAles, from station 60+29± of said survey line; thence south—
easterly along the last mentioned division line 401 feet to a monument
on the existing westerly boundary of Love Lane, said monument being

County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A as shown on a map on file in the office
of the Superintendent of Highways of Suffolk County.
