lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, its legal representatives and assigns forever,
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New Cork for the
construction
nos. 27 and 2of Middle
Road and Middle
Road Extension, Y Roads
shown on Map No. 21 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly boundary of the exist-
ing Middle Road (Love Lane) at the intersection of the said boun-
dary with the division line between the lands of Clara M. Howard,
reputed owner on the south, and the lands of Bertha A. Jones, re-
puted owner on the north, said point being 36± feet distant south-
easterly, measured at right angles, from station 60+32± of the
hereinafter described survey line of the proposed construction of
Middle Road and Middle Road Extension, County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A;
f thence southeasterly slong said westerly boundary of said existing
i Middle Road (Love Lane) 29 feet to a point 65± feet distant south-
easterly, measured at right angles, from station 60+32f of said
survey line; thence westerly 35± feet to a point 40 feet distant
southeasterly, measured at right angles, from station 60+08± of
said survey line; thence southwesterly 1401 feet to a point 40 feet

distant southeasterly, measured at right angles, from station 59+67.93
of said survey line; thence still southwesterly on a curve to the
left having a radius of 2524.79 feet e distance of 3± feet to a
point on the division line between the lands of Clara M. Howard, re-
puted owner on the east, and the lands of Caroline M. Bell, reputed
owner on the west, the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant
southeasterly, measured at right angles, from ststion 55+641 of the
said survey line; thence northwesterly along said division line 3±
feet to its intersection with the first mentioned division line
between the lands of Clara M. Howard, reputed owner on the south,
and the lands of Bertha A. Jones, reputed owner on the north, said
point being 371 feet distant southeasterly, measured at right angles
from station 55+64± of the said survey line; thence northeasterly
along the said division line 165± feet to the point of beginning;
being 793± square feet or O.019 acres more or less , and being the
northerly part or portion of Lot No. 2 as shown on a man entitled,
"MsD of Property of Mrs. Clara '?. Reeve" and filed in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 4 , 1922 as Map No. 212.
The above mentioned survey line is a portion of the survey line for
the Dr000sed construction of Middle Road and Middle Road Extension,
County Roads Nos. 27 and 27A as shown on a map on file in the office
of the Superintendent of Highways of Suffolk County.
