and pursuent to an order of the County Court of Suffolk County made and
entered the 3rd day of April, 1942, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, all that
certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the
Village of Mattituok, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a certain corner stone lying at the intersection of
the road leading to Mattituok Creel< and Railroad Avenue, near the westegn
'extremity of said Avenue, and running thence Easterly by and with the
Southerly line or side of said :,venue a distance of one hundred and ten

inches; thence Westerly by and with the land of William T. Riley and

corner of said Church sheds; thence Northerly by and with the Easterly
