is the southerly'extremity or termination ,of said tract or peninsula; thence
running,northerly and westerly by and with Peconic Bay and that part of the
$ay.known-as the,Cove until it comes to the mouth of the creek or channel lead

Point, in the town of Southold, Suffolk county, Long Island, from a survey made in May

undivided one-half interest in and to, ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate
