Mayer Upon request of Tooker , Tooker and Esseks , Counselors at Law, Riverhead, New York, for an updated Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made a reinspection of this two story framed dwelling. I was admitted to building by caretaker who accompanied me during this inspection which began at approximately 11:15 A.M. The first floor consists of a kitchen, dining room with fireplace, utility room containing washer and dryer for laundry use. . . a summer dining room, stud or TV room, livin• room with fireplace; a one •e.room guest apartment containing a combina • , • , two burger range and refrigerator tm a recent addition, is accessible from living room. Front a 1 entry has powder room (half bathroom) on east side and 17- an additional living room with fireplace. Second floor contains four bedrooms , hall bathroom, dressing room with full bathroom off master bedroom. Heat is furnished to all rooms from two oil fired hot water furnaces located in full cellar. At the rear of building there is an attached four car gar- age. Roof of garage provides sun deck at first floor level. Maid ' s apartment providing kitchen facilities is at northeast end of basement. An additional apartment for domestic help is located in basement of recent addition. Each apartment contains a full bathroom. The following violation of The Housing Code, Chapter 52 , Town of Southold, was found: Cellar, half bathroom (toilet room) inside - no means of mechanical venting (Art. II , Sec. 52-26 B 4b.
