ALSO, All that piece, parcel or tract of iand, situate in th Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, beginning at a pmint fifty-four (54) feet distant from a monument on the highway at the Southeasterly corner of lands of Louise Klein, and running thence Southeasterly, a distance of forty-six (46 ) feet, along a right-of-way, approxinetely twenty (20) feet wide, through lands of Eugenia Sommerman, leading to a highway from Mattituck to Oregon, aid whose Westerly side is in continuation of the testerly line of the highway from Natti .uck to Oregon; Southerly, by other lands of Eugenia Sommerman; Westerly, by Long Creek, forty-six (46) feet, and :northerly by lands of Gustav Bayer, together with said right-of-way, twenty (20) feet wide, approximately, extending in front of and adjacent to said property.
