That I have reviewed a survey of Roderick Van Tuyl prepared for Cynthia Granickas dated January 13, 1984 showing a two story frame house and detached garage. That I was born in said house on February 25, 1947 and can say with my own persona] knowledge that the two story frame house and garage Were.built prior to April 22, 1957 . That said house presently is used for residential f~m~y~purposesland is suitable for residential purposes. That a building permit #10410Z was issued on September 19, ]979 for an alteration to enclose the porch in the rear of the premises and to make same a habitable area and a Certificate of Occupancy dated October 29, 1980 No. Z10277 was issued for said alteration.
