MARCUS, are the owners of certain premises on the South side of Bayer Road, Mattitu New York. The said premises were acquired from Vincent F. Browne by deed dated July 11, 1957 and recorded July 15, 1957 in Liber 4329 cp 79. Vincent Brown originally acquired said premises from Gustav Beyer in the early 1930s and built a house and garage thereo in the 1930s. 2. Attached hereto is a xerox copy of a survey made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated August 7, 1962, showing the ~remises and the buildings thereon. These buildings were unchanged ~rom 1957 and are unchanged up until this date. 3.
