THIS INDENTURE, made the 8th day of October nineteen hundred and eighty-six

WITNESSETH, that the parry of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the parry of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
�4 successors and assigns of the parry of the second part forever,
l ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situue,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
known and designated as and by Plots Nos. 188, 169, 190 and
DISTRICT 191 on a certain map entitled "Map of Goose Bay Estates" , in
1000 the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, filed in the
office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13th day
SECTION of November, 1934 as Map No. 1176, bounded and described as
077.00 follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Oak Avenue
BLOCK distant 80. 0 feet easterly from the corner formed by the
02.00 intersection of the easterly side of Cedar Avenue with the
northerly side of Oak Avenue;
LOT RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Schwerot
002. 000 North 21 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West 140. 0 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 68 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds
East 80.0 feet to land now or formerly of Bible;
RUNNING THENCE along last mentioned land South 21 degrees
29 minutes 10 seconds East 140. 0 feet to the northerly side of
Oak Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Oak Avenue
South 68 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds West 80.0 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the grantor herein by Deed dated July 15, 1977 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 25, 1977 in Liber
8275, page 333.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first putt in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the anter lines thereof; TOGETHER with the apputtemnces and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in-and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry of the
second part forever.
AND the parry of the fust part covenants that the party of the first pan has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first.to
f11 the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
