Macaulay & wf. unoccupied Upon receipt of au application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the buildings on this premises. I received the key for house from a Mrs. Davis. I began this inspection at approximately 3:00 P.M. The dwelling is a two story wood framed structure. Located on rear of property is a two car garage. Cellar is a half cellar with cement block walls, rest is crawl space with stone foundation. Cellar contains a gas steam boiler, water pump and tank, gas hotwater heater, gas clothes dryer. All are in excellent shape. First floor consists of two living rooms, dining room, kitchen and small den. There are also two fireplaces. Second floor consists of four bedrooms, bathroom. This also has two fireplaces. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: Cellar-cellar door badly deteriorated. Article III, Section ~A also 52-31B. Cellar-inside cellar steps, bottom tread broken, stringer needs repair. Article II, Section 52-27 A & B. Overall, I find this dwelling to be in excellent shape.
