LOVETT, JR., being duly sworn, deposes and says: 1. I reside at 1 Baiting Hollow Road, Baiting Hollow, 2. I am the son of John J. Lovett and Mary A. Lovett, both deceased, owners of premises located at 95 Bartley Road, Mattituck, New York. I am also the proposed Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Mary A. Lovett; probate proceeding is presently pending before the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County. 3. I am fully familiar with the premises known as 95 Bartley Road, Mattituck, New York, which consist of a one story frame residence and a frame garage, and there have been no changes to same since prior to April, 1957. 4. This affidavit is made for the purpose of obtaining a pre-existing certificate of occupancy for the above premises from the Building Department of the Town of Southold. JOHN/J. LOVETT, JR.
