and being at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as
"Fisherman's Beach", Lot numbered Twenty-Eight (28) as shown
on a certain map entitled "Subdivision Map, Peconic Bay
Properties Inc., surveyed Feb. 6, 1931, by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
Surveyor", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
April 5, 1931 as Map #786.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest in and to
the lands under water known as Cutchogue Harbor and
Haywaters Cove in front or and adjacent to the above
described premises.
PARCEL II
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying
and being at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Southold Town,
Suffolk County, New York, and known and designated as Lot
Number 283 on map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point
owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., situated in
Town of Southold, Long Island, N.Y." surveyed June 28, 1922
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. and
filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County,
N.Y., August 16, 1922 file No. 156.
The said Elizabeth J. Homan died a resident of 430
Fishermans Beach Road, Cutchogue, New York on October 26,
2015. Her Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate
in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court on December 1, 2015
under File Number 2015-4208. Letters Testamentary were
granted to James F. Homan and Letters of Trusteeship were
granted to James F. Homan and Kenneth J. Homan.
