Henry F. Van Ick, as Trustees of such church, said church f/k/a
"The East Marion Reform Society", ,f/k/a "The East Marion Baptist
Society", "The First Baptist Church of East Marion", and also f/k/a
"The East Marion Bartist Church" all located at Main Rd, East Marion, NY
party of the first part,and 'HE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF GREENPORT
with offices at 650 Main Street, Greenport, NY 11944
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten dollars
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the

'BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part in a deed dated the 25th day of February 1886 and
recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on May 5, 1887
in Liber D00000302 at Page 528.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties' when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

CHURCH DEED DESCRIPTION:
"ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of East Marion,Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
NORTHERLY, by the main road or street;
EASTERLY by land of Thomas E. Patterson;
SOUTHERLY, and WESTERLY, by land of Clark J. Lamphear of Brooklyn,
the same containing by estimation one eighth (118) of an acre be the same more or less;
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever,as well in law as in equity of the said
parties of the first part, of, in or to the above described premises and every part and parcel
thereof, with the appurtenances, to have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and
described premises, together with the appurtenances unto the parties of the second part, their
successors in office forever; and the said parties of the first part for themselves and their
successors in office the said premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said parties
of the second part, their successors in office against the said parties of the first part,their
successors and against all and every person and persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to
claim the same, shall and will Warrant and by these presents forever defend.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by
deed dated the 25th day of February 1886 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk on 5/5/1887 in Liber D00000302 at Page 528.
