A single family residence and office currently exist; proposals include a new roof above the office, raising the ceiling height of first floor workshop area and the addition of a ±1,102 sq. ft. second floor storage area to be unfinished and uninhabitable. Due to the facts that the second floor addition is for storage only, the existing footprint of the building will not be increased and, therefore, not increase on site lot coverage and the subject side yard setback is pre-existing nonconforming, the Planning Board generally has no objection.
