BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to William M.
Beebe by Flora B. Mason as sole surviving executor of and trustee
under the Last Will and Testament of William H. Mason by deeci dated
December 2B, 1959 and recorded in the suffolk County Clerk's Office on
3anuary 6, 1970 in Liber 6689 Page 598.
Parcel SII: BOUNDED on the north by Public Grounds, East by
Mason, South by Public Grounds and West by Radel, containing fifty
(50) acres, more or less, and being known as Lots No. 2 and No. 3 en
map of oyster grounds made by Otto W. Van Tuyl on June 8, 1934 for The
Andrew Radel Oyster Company, Incorporated.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed by deed dated
S��ptember 19, 1978 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on October 17, 1978 in Liber 8515 Page 139.
This is a correction and confirmatory deed to rectify the
mistakes, omissions and Suffolk County tax map numbers in a deed
from John Scott to Jason R. Scott dated May 9, 2003 and recorded in �
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 11, 2003 in Liber 12255 Page
510, whereas the combined acreage of all of the parcels conveyed to
the party of the second part should have contained 190 acres, *.nore or
less.
TOGETHER with all right,tide and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any sUeets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appunenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of ihe first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AIVD TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the par�y of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenanu that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything w•hereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AIYD the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
Vust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same�irst to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
