WITNESSETH,that the parties of the frst part, in consideration of one dollar($1.00)and such other good and
valuable consideration paid by#he parties of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the parties of
the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the parties of the second part forever, •
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
fying and being Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Counry of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Main Road(NYS Route
25)distant 60.54 feet northeasterly from a point thereon where it is intersected by the northeasterly side of land
now or formerly of Frederick Bicking;
RUNNING THENCE North 41 degrees 00 minutes West along land now or formerly of Sarnowski, 150 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of the Roma�Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart;
1)North 39 degrees 30 minutes East,65 feet;and
2)South 42 degrees 32 minutes East, 150 feet to the northwesterly side of Main Road;and
THENCE South 40 degrees 00 minutes West along the northwesterly side of Main,69 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
Said premises being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by two
deeds both dated August 6, 1896,and respectively recorded in ths office of the Suffolk County Clerk on August

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of Ehe parties of the first part in and to any streets and roads

the estate and rights of the parties of the frst part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the parties
of the second part forever.
AND the parties of the first paft covenant that they have not done nor suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the parties of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenant that the party of the
first part will receive tfie consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total ot the same for any other
