Occupied: Owners - seasonal Upon receipt of an application for a Pre -Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this partial two-story and one-story wood framed building. Accompanied by Reginald Hudson I began this inspection at approximately 9:00 A.M. First floor has a kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, and two living rooms. Second floor has three bedrooms. Building is constructed on a red brick foundation and has a partial cellar accessible by exterior stairway. A two -car, wood framed garage in rear yard area was locked and inspection of interior was made visually through window of side door. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, New York, were found: �HHe__a__ti__ng - no heating equipment for living unit, Article V, eco 52-53 A 1. Exterior - paint peeling on trim and soffit of cornice at several areas, Article III, Section 52-30 C. Garage - broken pane of glass in garage door, Article III, Section 52-31 B. Stairway to loft requires handrail on open side, Article II, Section 52-27 B.
