VIRGINIA L. LINDSAY, residing at 1517 11th Street, West
Babylon, New York, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. Deponent purchased certain premises on the south
side of Naugles Drive, Mattituck, New York on June 3, 1969
from George E. Raynor. A survey of the premises is attached
hereto. George E. Raynor purchased the premises from
Stanley Naugles in May, 1946.
3. Deponent has inquired from neighbors of the
premises and believes that the residence and minor buildings
were erected at the time of purchase by George Raynor. At
the time of my purchase in 1969, they were in fair condition
and this time are in very poor condition. Therefore,
deponent believes that the buildings were erected prior to
1946.
4. Deponent makes this affidavit in connection with a
petition to secure a Certificate of Pre-existing Use from
the Southold Town Building Department.
