THIS INDENTURE, made the i day of
nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, between Henry V. B. Dar-
lington, Gilbert S. E. Darlington and United States Trust
Company of New York as Executors of the last will and testa-
ment of Ella Louise Bearns Darlington, late of Newport,
Rhode Island, deceased, parties of the first part, and Henry
V. B. Darlington, residing at 2 East 30th Street, New York
- City; and Gilbert S. B. Darlington, residing at 325 ocean
Avenue, Lawrence, New York; and Eleanor Darlin-ton Fisher,
residing at 1020 Fifth Avenue, New York City; and Henry V. B.
Darlington, Gilbert S. B. Darlington and United States Trust
Company of New York, a domestic corporation with its office
and principal place of business at 45 "Tall Street, Nec=r York
City, as Trustees for Elliott C. B. Darlington; and Ienry V.

Trust Company of New York, a domestic corporation with its

WITi'ESSETH, that the parties of the first part,
by virtue of the power and authority to them riven- in and by
the said last will and testament, and in consideration of
One (x;1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and
other ood and valuable considerations, paid by the parties
of the second part, do hereby Srant and release unto the
parties of the second part and their respective heirs , suc-

ties of the first part have or have power to convey or dis-
pose cf, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or

To have and to hold the premises herein granted
unto the parties of the second part, their heirs, successors
and assigns forever.
And the parties of the first part covenant that
they have not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incunbered in any way whatever.
