and ALBIN D. STP.At:DBERG, residing in Mettituck, Suffolk County, State
of New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One Hundred ($100)
dollars,

by the part y of the second part,d®9 hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part,
his heirs PARCEL N0. ONE. and assigns forever,

ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the build-
'. ings and improvements thereon, consisting of four and eleven one-hund-
redtha (4-11/100) acres by actual survey, being a part of the farm now
or formerly awned by Charles V.. 'fickham known and called "Marratooka
Farm", in the Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and which said four and eleven one-hundredths
(4-11/100) acres of land are situate, lying and being at the head of
] Gardiner's Creek in said Village and are more particularly described
as follows, viz:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Marratooka Road leading
d from New Suffolk Avenue to the Great Peeonic Bay, at a cement stone
monument there set in the ground marked "D 1"; thence running SOUTH
I' eight (8) degrees and fifteen (151) minutes east, one hundred and
fifty six and two-tenths (156.2) feet, along the easterly side of
said road to another cement stone monument there set in the ground
j marked "D 2"; running thence SOUTH twenty (20) degrees east, .six
I'. hundred (600) feet and seven tenths (.7) of foot, further along the
'.: easterly side of said road to another cement stone monument there set in
the ground marked "D 3"; thence running NORTH forty eight (48) degrees
and fifty-two (521) minutes east, two hundred and fifty-three and four
', tenths (253.4) feet, to mean high water mark at the shore of Gardiner's
Creek and to or near another cement stone monument set in the ground
and marked "D 411; thence running along and around the edge of said Creek,
at mean high water mark, in a northerly direction the various courses as
the shore of said Creek runs to the oentre line of a gutter (which.
centre line is the dividing line between the land hereby conveyed and
'hand now or formerly of one Harry B. Lupton) and at a dam there built
betweensaid Creek and said gutter; running thence NORTHWESTERLY along
the said centre line of said gutter and along said dividing line three
hundred and fifty-five (355) feet to a point in the centre line of said
gutter distant five (5) feet northeasterly from another cement stone
monument set in the meadow and marked "D 5"' running thence SOUTH,
sixty-three (63) degrees fifteen (151) minutes west, one hundred and
jtwelve (112) feet to the first mentioned stone monument marked "D 1"
at the point and place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way for all purposes over, through, upon
eland along the various roads of the said farm, now or formerly owned by
Charles If, Wickham to get to and from the premises above described
'and the public highway and to get to and from the said prealses and
f the Great Peconic Bay.
Being the same premises described in a certain deed dated September
p, 30th, 1924 made by and between George Fraser Arkell as Executor of and
Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of Francis A. Doyle, to
Daniel 3uhre, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Offioe in

SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions contained in deed of
Charles b. Wickham and wife to Herold A. Doyle, dated June 4th, 1906
and recorded in Liber 592, —age 172..of Deeds in the County Clerk's
office, Suffolk County, and other covenants and restrictions, if any,
effecting the premises.
SUBJECT to any state of Pacts which en accurate survey would show.
SUBJECT to riparian rights, or other rights, if any, in Gardiner's
Creak bounding said premises or any part thereof.
PARCEL NO. TWO
ALL that tract or parcel of lend situate at Mettituck, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument sat at the intersection of the westerly line
or side of Maratooke Lane and the lands nod or formerly of the C. 'V.
Wi ekham Estate, which monument is south 80 8'-west, 33.23 feet from a
monument set at the intersection of the northerly line or side of
I' Bungalow Lane and the easterly line or side of Maratocka Lane, which
said monument is at the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of
the Estate of F. A. Doyle; running thence southerly 800 8' west 398.78
feet to a monument; thence northerly 90 52' west 596.30 feet to a monu-
ment; thence north 800 8' east 320.10 feet to a monument set in the
westerly line or side of the aforesaid Meratooka Labe; (the last three
mentioned courses all being along the lands now or formerly of the C.
M. Wickham Estate) thence south 170 22' east along the westerly line
or side of the aforesaid R4aratooka Lane, 601.50 feet to the monument
set at the paint or place of beginning; comprising 4.920 acres in area,
as shown on M.ap of Property owned by Daniel Buhre situate in the Village
of M.ttituck, Suffolk County, New York, dated October 28th, 1924, by
Wallace H. Halsey, Incorporated, C.E., Southampton, New York.
TOGETHER with 811 the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part, of, in and to Maratoeka Lane, in front of and adjacent to
the above described premises, to the centre line thereof.
SUBJECT to the state of facts shown on survey of Wallace H. Halsey,
Incorporpted, C.E., dated October 28th, 1924, of property owned by
Daniel Buhre.

The premises above described are the same premises described in
two certain deeds, one by The National City Bank of New York (successor
to The Peoples Trust Company of Brooklyn National Banking Association
of New York, formerly The Peoples Trust Companyl a National Banking
Corporation as Executor of the last 'r{ill and Testament of Daniel Buhre,
deceased, to Alfons 0. E. Toedter, dated February 11, 1927, end recorded
February 14, 1927, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1252
of Deeds, page 432; and the other by The National City Bank of New York
(formerly The Peoples Trust Company) as Executor of the last hVill and
Testament of Daniel Sabre, deceased, to Alfons G.E. Toedter, dated
July 6, 1928 and recorded December 12, 1928 in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1398 of Deeds, page 583, and there-
after devised to the party of the first part by and under the last will
end testament of Alfons 0. E. Toedter, deceased, which was duly admitted
to probate in the office of the Surrogate of Bronx County on November
24th, 1931.
This is a correction deed given to correct the description of Parcel
No. Two in deed dated June 30, 1939, made by Auguste H. Toedter to
Albin D.Strandberg, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on March 8, 1940, In Liber 2089, Page 426.
