Dear Messrs. Sawicki:
The following resolutions were passed by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, October 18, 1982.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board withdraw their resolu-
tion dated September 20, 1982 regarding the set-off on the property
of Walter and Frank Sawicki, located at Southold.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a set-off
(106-13) as designated on the map of Walter and Frank Sawicki, dated
March 17, 1982, conditional upon the sale of lot number two being
made only to Sal Caiola and/or his heirs as stipulated in the
August 27, 1982 declaration of Walter and Frank Sawicki and same
parcel becoming merged
Prior to the Chairman endorsing approval, please forward to our
office the filing fee in the amount of $50 and six (6) copies of the
final map for those referrals necessary for the completion of the
State Environmental Quality Review Act, within six months from date
of resolution.

The following actions were taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
Monday, September 20, 1982.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself lead
agency in regard to the State Environmental Quality Review Act in the
matter of the minor subdivision of Walter & Frank Sawicki, located at
Southold. An initial determination of nonsignificance has been made.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve a set-off
106-13, as designated on the minor subdivision map of Walter & Frank
Sawicki, dated March 17, 1982, located at Southold, subject to the
applicant receiving approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a
width variance on lot #2 and completion of the State Environmental
Quality Review Act.
Please forward a filing fee of $50 and six (6) copies of the final
map to this office for those referrals necessary under the State
Environmental Quality Review Act.
At such time as the Chairman endorses his approval on the maps, two
copies will be returned to you for your records.
