Van Nostrand which was recorded in Liber 5028 of Deeds Page 239 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 4, 1961. The parcel of land and right of way being conveyed being the 4 Y- ; same as those conveyed from Agnes B. Van Nostrand to Ann G. Riley by deed dated June 22, 1971 and recorded in Liber 6953 tea/ of Deeds Page 101 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk I County on June 24, 1971.
