The designer, Nancy Dwyer, conducted periodic site inspections throughout the construction and a visual overview of the installed insulation was completed, as well as a scheduled inspection with the Town of Southold on October 7th of 2015. A couple of photos have been provided to me, indicating the work was completed, as well as written documentation from the installer.
