That HARRY LAUDENBACH, prior to his death, resided at 9330 Sound Avenue, Mattituck, New York. That HARRY LAUDENBACH took title to said premises in 1978 following the death of his brother, THEODORE LAUDENBACH, on April 12th, 1974. That HARRY LAUDENBACH had resided at said premises, prior to 1974, to the date of his death on May 19th, 1985. That said premises were used as a one-family dwelling by both THEODORE LAUDENBACH and by HARRY LAUDENBACH and the con- dition of the premises remained the same throughout their owner- ship.
