HOUSING CODE INSPECTION
December 30, 1974
1130 Bridge Lane
Cutchogue, N. Y.
Sub. Div.: Nassau Point Club Prop., Inc.
Tax Roll: Richard Laitinen & Wife
Upon receipt of an application for a Pre -Existing Certificate
of Occupancy, I made an inspection of this one story wood
frame structure. I picked up key from Robert W. Gillespie III
at his office in Southold and began inspection at approximately
12:45 P.M.
The dwelling consists of a kitchen, utility room, dining
room, living room, three bedrooms and two and one half bath-
rooms. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired forced
warm air furnace located in the utility room. A one car garage
is attached to building by the roof over breezeway. Foundation
of building has crawl space and partial full cellar. There is
a wood frame accessory structure (one car garage) located in
front yard near road entrance to premises.
The following violation of the Housing Code, Chapter 52,
Town of Southold, was found in the accessory structure. Over-
head electric light socket broken. Article V. Section 52-56 A.1.
An open window was found in the north bathroom and damage
and paw marks were noticed throughout the various rooms on walls
and furnishings. It would appear that an animal had found its
way into the building through the chimney of heating furnace.
Key was returned to real estate office. Inspection was
completed at approximately 1:45 P.M.
