KUJAWSKI, being duly sworn, depose and say: That they are the owners of premises at 177 Sound Avenue, Mattituck, New York (Suffolk County Tax Map No. District 1000, Section 120.00, Block 03.00, Lot 001.000). That they acquired title to this parcel by deed dated July 14, 1969 and which was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 17, 1969 in Liber 6586 Page 239. -The premises was previously owned by ~ohn Kujawski and Dorothy Kujawski prior to 1900 and has been in the family since that time. Located on the property is a two-story frame dwelling in ood condition and a barn, garage, chicken coop and corn crib which are in an old and dilapidated condition.
