Tax Roil: Sophie Krukoski Unoccupied, R-1 Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department, I made inspection of this two story dwelling and found the following violations of Local Law 91, Housing Code, Town of Southold. I picked up keys from Four Sails Realty, Main Road, Cutchogue and began~inspection at approximately 1:25 p.m. letting myself into north side entrance. FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: (water shut off) - gas range, no shutoff at unit - Section 508b. Flue, connection to chimney - dormant stuffed with rags - Section 523a, b, and Section 524. Small addition southwest corner of kitchen with exit to outside contains toilet, floor covering rotting at base of fixture - Section 303d. This addition has cement block foundation with crawl space'- inspection door at north end missing - Section 302a and 604b. Entrance, north side, no light switch to control light on entry - Section 529b. SECOND FLOOR Bedroom, northwest: Section 303c. A total of four bedrooms and one bath on second fl~or, no heat supplied - Section 513a. Cellar: Ceiling board loose (requires renailing) Light switch top of stairs, no plate - Section 528a. Stairs - open side, no hand rail - Section 216b. Electrical cQ~nection to pressure switch on water pump (BX) no connector - Section 528a. Accessory Buildings: Two sheds - in general deteriorating state - Section 301a, 302c, 603b. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in triplicate to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
