A. For new building or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1% lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

DETAILS OF INTENDED ALTERATIONS TO 1800 VILLAGE LANE
1. Install permanent double glass insulated "sunroom" windows into the existing
openings on an existing screened porch at the southwest comer of the house.
Referring to the attached photographs, the existing removable natural wood and
plexiglass panels on the south side would be removed and replaced with three permanent
sliding windows resembling those on the catalogue page shown. On the west side, the
existing removable screen/storm door and removable side panels would be replaced with
pe,~v~anent glass side panels and a glass door. The new windows and panels would fit into
the existing openings, with vinyl Centrex insulated filler board around them to make the
new windows fit snugly.
2. Install insulation under the existing porch floor.
3. Install an exhaust fan and necessary ducting at the northwest end of the porch
ceiling and an outside air inlet in the floor at the opposite end of the porch.
4. Install a small utility sink and drain tied to the existing house system.
NOTE: No alteration to the existing porch structure is proposed, simply replacing
the removable screens and winter window panels with permanent windows
surrounded by inmlating filler board and installing an exhaust system.
