the heirs at Law and distributees of HRLRN P. RACEETT, a deceased
daughter of ANNIE ROBINSON PETTY. the said ANNIE ROBINSON PETTY being
one of the heirs at Law of MARIA J. ROBINSON, deceased,

JOHN W. ROBINSON, residing at Mattltuck, Suffolk County,
New York,

of land situate at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
Southerly by the North Road (so called); Westerly by the land of James
M. Hallock; Northerly and Easterly by the land this day conveyed to
Oscar B. Robinson by Barney 0. Robinson and Maria J. his wife eight
rods wide on the road and about twenty-three rods long containing
about one acre and twenty-four rods be the same more or less.
Being and Intended to be the same premises conveyed to Marla J.
Robinson by deed dated March 28, 1896 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's Office in Liber 437 of Deeds at Page 177.
