along Main Highway to property of Edward DeGrant; thence Northerly 125
feet along said property of Edward DeGraut to property of Harris E. Boone;
thence Easterly 25 feet along said property of Harriet E. Boone to other
property of Harriet E. Boone; thence Southerly 125 feet along said
property of Harriet E. Boone to Main Highway, the point or place of begins gi,�
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Lester M.
Braizer by deed of Harriet E. Boone, dated April 15, 1929 and recorded
April 18, 1929 in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 1426 of deeds, at III
page 531.
Also, ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land situated at Mattituck,
in the Town of Southold County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
North by Boone Estate, hast by Brazier, South by Main Road and 59est by
DeGrant, containing 1/4 acre.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Lester Brazie
by deed of John G. Peck, as the County Treasurer of the County of Suffolk,
dated October 26, 1937 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office 1
November 15, 1943 in Liber 2323 of deeds, at page 294.
II The said Lester Brazier diad December 16, 1939 Intestate leaving as
