Van Tuyl, C. E. and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1940 as Map Number 1310. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of thei first part in Old Salt Road in front of said lot to the centre line thereof and all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the paths adjoining said premises. TOGETHER with a property Interest of, In and to so much of Lots 27 and 28 on "Nap fof iled in the of Lida Bartley, MattiClerk's Office Long Island", which Map was Filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Oextee on July 27, Old 1922 under the Map No. 770, as are included in the extension of Old Salt Road from the north line of Salt Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place); subject to a right of way over the same of the owners of numbered lots on the Map of Salt Lake Village and others over the same, and together with a right of way over Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place) to Hay Avenue.
