Containing an area of .67 acres ac- cording to survey made by Daniel R. Young bad Alden W. Young, dated Januer y, 1944. BEING and intended to be the third parcel described in a deed made by Catherine R. Cox to the parties of the first part, dated December 1, 1939 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 4th, 1939 in Liber 2076 of deeds, page 517, the southeast boundary of which is the nighwater line of Mattituck Creek.
