Kron being duly sworn desposes and says that he is the owner of property located on the South side of Main Road, Route 25, Mattituck, New York known as Kron Galleries (Dist. 1000, Sec. 122, Blk. 3, Lot 9). Based on the information available to me, it appears that a building permit for a rear extension was issued under permit /f2193Z and that a Certificate of Occupancy was issued for said extension on April 14, 1964 to the then owner, Katherine Nutley, for use as a private one family and business use. Subsequent thereto another building permit was issued under /I2924Z for a small addition to the main building on the east side of the premises which was completed and for which another Certificate of Occupancy was issued. As far as the main building is concerned, there never was a Certificate of Occupancy issued but as far as I know, the building existed prior to April 23, 1957 and has been continuously used since that time in accordance with the exist- ting Certificate of Occupancy for the addition to the house, namely a private one family dwelling and business use. I have owned the building for over 10 years and it is in good condition and livable. ALFRED J.
