Notice to Adjacent Property Owners JAN - 5

You are hereby given notice: SoutVi Town Clerk
1. That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of
Southold for a Residential Site Plan;
2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your
property and is described as follows: SCTM#1000-102-1-33.3;
3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the Hamlet
Density Zoning District;
4. That the application is for the development of 124 detached and attached dwellings
classified in three types: 48 "Type A" units (1,999 +/- sq. ft. livable area), 72 "Type B"
units (1,599 +/- sq. ft. livable area) and 4 "Type "C" units (1,999 +/- sq. ft. livable area).
In addition, there are proposed the following: a 6,188 sq. ft. community center with a
±1,125 sq. ft. outdoor swimming pool, one tennis court, 284 parking spaces of which
256 are associated with the individual dwelling units and 28 are associated with the
community center, and various other associated site improvements, on a vacant
46.17-acre parcel. The property is located at 75 Schoolhouse Road, on the corner of
Schoolhouse Road & Griffing Street, Cutchogue;
5. That the files pertaining to this application are open for your information during normal
business days between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Planning Department
located in the Town Hall Annex on the corner of Youngs Ave. & NYS Rte. 25,
Southold (2nd Fl., Capital One Bank). If you have any questions, you can call the

4. Click on "Applications", then "Site Plans", then "Pending";
5. Click on the SCTM# (tax map #) of the application (found in #2 above).

6. That a Combined Public Hearing regarding the Site Plan and the Draft
Environmental Impact Statement will be held on the matter by the Planning Board
on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 4:34 p.m. in the Meeting Hall at Southold Town
Hall, Main Road, Southold; that a notice of such hearing will be published at least five
days prior to the date of such hearing in The Suffolk Times published in the Town of
Southold; that you or your representative have the right to appear and be heard at
such hearing.
