First,just wanted to introduce myself.My name is Isidore(Izzy)Miller,I recently purchased the
home at 1820 Kenneys road which is across the road from your place.Sorry we haven't met in person as
of yet but hopefully we will.
My sister along with her family and I purchased the home as a vacation home,and are planning on
installing an in-ground pool.We have put a request with the town of southold to install the pool.The
Board have requested that we inform our neighbors of the board meeting. I have included the notice
along with the survey of our planned pool.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code
Chapter 280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road,
Southold, New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY, MARCH 3, 2016:
2:00 P.M. - ISIDORE MILLER #6925 - Request for Variance from Article III Section 280-15
and the Building Inspector's November 13, 2015 Notice of Disapproval based on an
application for building permit to construct accessory in-ground swimming pool, at; 1)
proposed in location other than the code required rear yard, located at: 1820 Kenney's
Road Southold, NY. SCTM#1000-59-3-16.2
The Board of Appeals will hear all persons, or their representatives, desiring to be heard
at each hearing, and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of
each hearing. Each hearing will not start earlier than designated above. Files are
available for review during regular business hours and prior to the day of the hearing. If
