Also enclosed is a copy of the PROPERTY SURVEY showing the existing and proposed structures The property is located at 4200 Kenneys Road, Southold, N.Y. 11971 The applicants propose to demolish existing single family dwelling, foundation, decks and walkways and construct new elevated single family dwelling with cantilevered decks on north and east sides.
